The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and I had a great view from my window. The hotel offered excellent facilities, including reliable wifi. Despite being a bit far from the city, the hotel provided a shuttle service that made transportation easy. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

Traditional Chinese breakfast, close to Disneyland. Friendly staff, accommodating. Quiet area. Efficient airport shuttle. Language barrier, but staff tried best to communicate. Clean towels and linen. Spacious and comfortable room. Translation service available. Free shuttle to Pudong airport once an hour. All-female staff, authentic Chinese experience with breakfast. Kids enjoyed interacting with staff, cook danced with daughters. Best experience.

We had a great stay at this hotel near Shanghai Pudong Airport. the staff were friendly and tried their best to communicate with us, even using a mobile phone translation service. the free shuttle bus to the airport was a plus, leaving once an hour in the morning. the room was comfortable and spacious, and we found the Chinese breakfast to be very good. the hotel also had a small restaurant with affordable meals. this hotel served its purpose well. Cons: No issues found during our stay. 👍.

There were a few downsides to my experience. The lack of English proficiency from the receptionist made communication challenging, and there was confusion regarding breakfast time and shuttle schedule.
